WFA - Tobi in the rain

Heyy ;3 (I don't know why I always say that xD)

So this is a newer version of the old WFA - Yahiko in the rain I did. ;3 This time it's Tobi 'cause I think he's cuter. x3

I also practiced rain and different types of shading, and I'm happy enough with it to submit it. ;3 The only thing I don't like is that the rain is going random weird directions ... Too lazy to fix that ... -___-"

And, YAAY, this is my 50th deviation! ^^
